These general terms explain how registration and participation through wearephysical.id work. Program-specific information shown during registration remains the most specific reference for that booking.
Registration
Registration is tied to the participant and the selected program/class. Some programs use direct session booking, while others use capacity, eligibility, allocation, or waitlist rules.
Eligibility & capacity
Age, capacity, availability, and program rules can affect whether a participant receives a slot. A submitted registration is not always the same as a confirmed class slot; the current status shown in the Member Portal is the reference.
Payment
Payment instructions become available according to the registration flow for the selected program. Do not repeat a payment or proof upload when the system says the payment is already received or under review.
Attendance
Attendance is recorded for the participant attending the scheduled session. QR check-in and roster information are used to connect attendance to the correct class.
Changes & cancellation
Cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, credit, and refund rules can differ by program or class. The rule shown for the selected program, communicated by Physical, or displayed during registration applies to that booking.
Safety
Participants and guardians are responsible for providing accurate identity, age, emergency-contact, and relevant safety information. Coaches may adjust participation when needed for class safety.
Website availability
We work to keep the website and check-in available, but temporary network or service interruptions can occur. Use the “Bantuan / Ada Kendala?” feature when a website flow does not work as expected.
