Data we use
Depending on the feature you use, Physical may process participant name, date of birth, gender, WhatsApp number, guardian details, emergency contact, registration and class status, payment proof, attendance, and support reports.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate classes safely, confirm eligibility and slots, process payments, record attendance, provide support, and communicate about your registration or class.
Support reports
When you report a website problem, the report can include the page, browser/device information, related session reference, your description, and an optional screenshot or contact number. This helps us reproduce and fix the problem.
Analytics
Anonymous website analytics is optional. If you allow analytics, Physical records anonymous session milestones such as page view, registration started/completed, payment page viewed, corporate request, and check-in success/failure. Analytics does not intentionally store participant name, date of birth, WhatsApp number, or payment proof.
Browser storage
Essential browser storage is used for features such as registration state, sign-in state, and support recovery. Optional analytics runs only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the website preference notice.
Retention & access
Operational records are retained only as needed for class operations, finance, safety, support, and legitimate business records. Access should be limited to people who need it to operate Physical.
